BMO 300/L Loading clamshell bucket with horizontal cylinder

The BMO/L series loading clamshell bucket is designed for use on truck-mounted cranes, where overall dimensions are a critical factor. The compact horizontal cylinder configuration, the simple construction and the proven design ensure excellent loading capacity in relation to the equipment weight.

This is a bivalve clamshell bucket composed of two synchronously moving shells operated by hydraulic cylinders. It is suitable for handling bulk materials such as gravel, sand and soil, as well as for digging compact ground and sludge. Depending on the configuration and accessories, it can be adapted to specific applications and mounted on different machines, including truck cranes, hydraulic excavators, telehandlers, mini excavators and loaders.

A complete range of accessories is available, including hydraulic rotators (integrated into the frame or mounted on the upper part), mechanical swivels with 250° rotation, bolt-on digging teeth, wear-resistant counter blades, shell cleaning scrapers and extensions for deep digging.

The construction uses high yield strength steel for structural components and wear-resistant steel for abrasion-prone parts. Hardened pins and cemented steel bushings ensure reliability and durability. The cardan joint suspension attachments are available on request and can be custom-made for the carrier machine.
