The H lifting beam is a robust and versatile solution for the safe handling of large loads with cranes. Thanks to its H-shaped structure, it ensures uniform load distribution and reduces deflection when lifting long or bulky elements.
Manufactured in Germany according to high quality and safety standards, it is painted with a durable two-component coating in RAL 1023 (yellow). Other colours are available on request.
The structure is adjustable in length, allowing the gripping width to be adapted to different operational requirements. The crane suspension is usually top centred and can be carried out via crane eye, rings (for single or double hook), shackles on a perforated rail or bolts.
The load attachment is located at the ends of the crossbeams, using swivel hooks with fixed spacing, swivel hooks on adjustment brackets, weld-on hooks on adjustment brackets or perforated strips with shackles.
The lifting beam is available with adjustable gripping widths from approximately 0.7 m up to 8 m in length and up to 5 m in cross direction, and with load capacities from 1,000 to 30,000 kg. Custom versions are also available on request, for example with additional attachment points, reduced overall height or galvanized finish.
