ALUEX 50 STEEL X-SPREADER BEAM WITH EXTENDABLE LEGS
The Aluex 50 X-type spreader beam is designed for high-capacity lifting and demanding operations, offering improved handling, smarter transport options, and high adaptability.
The legs are adjustable from 7.33 to 12.4 m, providing flexibility for a wide range of lifting scenarios such as large shipping containers and modular homes.
Despite its size and capacity, it weighs only 1,050 kg, making it lighter than the previous 50-ton model and easier to manage on-site and in transit. The center section is interchangeable and future-proofed for conversion to the Aluex STR25 system.
Aluex 50 follows Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC, according to standard SS-EN 13155:2021, and is supplied with CE documentation and user manual.
For larger lifting angles the maximum loads needs to be limited.

The Aluex Link 25 is designed to link together the legs of a 4-point cross spreader beam, transforming it into a 2-point spreader beam.
It can also function as a load equalizer, allowing you to distribute the load between one or two lifting points.
Aluex Lifter is the most safe and efficient way to lift beams and roof trusses. It meets safety requirements of various lifting purposes.
The Aluex STR25 Center Part is a modular add-on that allows an Aluex 50 to be converted into an Aluex STR25 by replacing the centre section.
One Aluex 50 can be converted into 2 Aluex STR25, requiring 2 STR25 Center Parts.
A practical solution for smaller configurations without investing in a completely new lifting beam.
