PTO-100 Wood grapple with horizontal cylinder

PTO timber grabs with horizontal cylinder are designed for light-duty operations and feature a simple and lightweight construction, making them versatile and cost-effective tools.

The innovative design provides a large opening of the tines while maintaining very compact dimensions when closed, allowing efficient work even in confined spaces. These grabs are particularly suitable for gardening, agricultural applications and installation on truck cranes and mini excavators.

The equipment can be fitted with a mechanical rotator (free rotation, 250°) or a hydraulic rotator (hydraulic motor with continuous rotation). Depending on the configuration, the rotator may be integrated into the frame of the attachment or mounted above it.

Construction uses high-tensile Swedish steel for structural components and wear-resistant steel (Hardox) for parts in contact with handled materials. Large-diameter pins made of heat-treated special steel and bushings with internal grease distribution spiral ensure durability and reliability.

The attachment is mounted to the operating machine through a cardan suspension link, allowing free oscillation in longitudinal and transversal directions (pendulum mounting), with custom links available for truck cranes, excavators and earth-moving machines.
